Animal Health and Purchase Warranty

Overview

Royal Maple Ranch is committed to providing healthy, well-cared-for mini cows and donkeys. This policy outlines the terms of our health guarantee and buyer responsibilities.

Health at Time of Sale

All animals are believed to be in good health at the time of sale and have received appropriate care prior to leaving the ranch.

Veterinary Examination Requirement

The buyer agrees to have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of pickup or delivery.

Notification of Health Issues

Any serious health concern must be reported within 72 hours and supported by written documentation from a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so may void this warranty.

Remedies

If a verifiable pre-existing health issue is confirmed, Royal Maple Ranch may offer a replacement animal or partial refund at its sole discretion. Veterinary costs are not covered unless agreed in writing.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover conditions arising after transfer due to stress, improper care, environmental changes, accidents, or neglect. No guarantees are made regarding long-term health, size, temperament, fertility, or suitability for specific purposes.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transfer of Ownership

Full responsibility for the animal transfers to the buyer once the animal leaves Royal Maple Ranch.

Right to Refuse Sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale if we believe proper care cannot be provided.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer agrees to provide proper housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and humane treatment at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Maple Ranch shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred after the transfer of the animal.
